T499 High Temperature Tantalum SMT Capacitors

The T499 Series is a high temperature version of KEMET's solid tantalum chip family that offers optimal performance in applications with operating temperatures of up to 175° C. Reliability level of 0.5% per 1000 hours at rated voltage at rated temperature. Capacitance values of .15μF to 220μF, in voltage ratings from 6.3 to 50 volts.

SMP Stacked Capacitors

Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) Military Stacked Capacitors with MIL-PRF-49470 standard B Level reliability are available from KEMET. These capacitors are available in unencapsulated case codes 3, 4, & 5. KEMET offers X7R dielectric in voltage ranges from 50 VDC up to 500 VDC and have capacitance values from 0.15uF up to 47uF. These devices are intended for high reliability SMPS and pulse energy applications.

AC line EMI Suppression Capacitors ("X" & "Y" Caps)

Kemet offers a broad range of X and Y capacitors covering all commercial and industrial voltages. Four dielectrics are available to meet any desired combination of size, price and performance, including a surface-mount Y2 capacitor. X cap C-values to 10uF, Y caps to 1uF. Full safety agency approvals and RoHS compliance.
